Since 2002, Integrity Open Arms Retirement Center has been a trusted home for seniors in Hoke County, offering care built on compassion, respect, and dignity. Our dedicated Memory Care Special Cares Unit provides structured, compassionate support for those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Integrity Open Arms Retirement Center provides comfortable, spacious rooms available in both private and companion styles. Each room features a large bathroom and ample closet space for convenience.
